On October 1, 2000 Mother Katharine Drexel, foundress of the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament, was declared a saint by Saint Pope John Paul II in Rome. Now in 2025 we are blessed to share and celebrate the life and legacy of St. Katharine Drexel all year long! We invite everyone to learn more about St. Katharine this year, spend time with her, follow her example, and celebrate her.
