This year we are excited to announce opportunities to share your gifts, talents, and time with various populations and institutions in the Philadelphia area from March to October. It is our hope that these relationships will yield long-term transformations for all parties involved, and also may become a regular part of the Shrine’s ministry. To celebrate St. Katharine’s canonization and to answer our own calls to holiness, every year on the Sunday before October 1st, the anniversary of St. Katharine Drexel’s canonization, we invite individuals and groups to engage in service and, if they’re in a position to do so, to donate to the Shrine. This year we will celebrate on Sunday, September 28th.
