The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is pleased to announce that the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul and the Shrine of Saint Katharine Drexel has been designated as a Sacred Jubilee Site for the Ordinary Jubilee Year 2025. From December 29, 2024, through December 28, 2025, pilgrims are invited to visit and receive the Jubilee Indulgence. To obtain the plenary indulgence, participants must be repentant, receive the Sacrament of Penance, and pray for the intentions of the Pope. We encourage you to take part in this blessed opportunity and make use of the Sacrament of Penance during this Holy Year.

The faithful are warmly invited to join in the Archdiocesan Closing of the Jubilee Year at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul.
The celebration will take place during the 11:00 AM Solemn Mass, with
Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez serving as Celebrant and Homilist.

All are encouraged to participate in this moment of grace and thanksgiving as we conclude the Jubilee Year together in prayer and unity.
