Our parish is participating in a Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute, and we need your help!

This 10-15 minute survey is an opportunity for you to  reflect on your spiritual growth and provide feedback on how our parish can better support you. Your responses will be completely confidential, and the parish will receive a summary of the overall results.
