Join us on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the 9:30 AM Solemn Mass to celebrate the 23rd Anniversary of Saint Katharine Drexel’s Canonization. She was declared and canonized as a saint by Pope Saint John Paul II on October 1, 2000.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Saint Katharine Drexel became our nation’s second U.S.-born saint. A fierce advocate for the poor, she spent her life – and her fortune – assisting those in need. We welcome everyone to join us to celebrate this joyous occasion.

All are welcome to present intentions and petitions at the Saint Katharine Drexel Shrine, to be placed at the Tomb of Saint Katharine, asking for her heavenly assistance.
