Over the past few years, many of our parishes have conducted the Disciple Maker Index survey from the the Catholic Leadership Institute in order of gather important information about the spiritual state of our local Church.
Looking at the data from over 17,000 survey responses from local ArchPhilly Catholics, a serious problem has been brought to light about our discipleship and the practice of the Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation here in the Archdiocese.
Please take 18 minutes to watch the video above in which Meghan Cokeley, Director of the Office for the New Evangelization explains the data, what it is telling us and why it is critical for us to address this problem.
